According to INSEAD Business School research, up to 50% of expatriates fail in developing countries and lack of cultural support and appropriate cultural orientation is one of the 5 reasons expatriates fail abroad. To bridge that gap in Rwanda, we have created Rwanda Business Culture Workshop. 

This is a two hour session that discusses Rwandan general communication style (indirect, expressiveness), manager and direct report relation (power distance), time management, conflict resolution, people relationship, dealing with change etc...  ​
