Our Relocation Buddy service is mainly designed for people managing their own relocation. Your relocation buddy will start working with you even before you arrive in Rwanda to make sure you stay in the loop and don’t miss any critical details of your relocation. When in Rwanda, your buddy will be with you as you get your feet on the ground. Our service is flexible to the needs of our clients. You can either choose from the package below or work with us to design your own package that suits your specific needs.

Help you find a house: We bring cultural and local language skills to find a house of your choice and negotiate an appropriate price for your house rental. We save you the hassles of dealing with brokers and paying exorbitant brokers' fees. ​ Help you buy a car: We will also help you in the process of buying a car. We tap into our network of brokers, screen all their list of cars, bring you the best and help you negotiate the price ( Please note that you will need to pay broker's fees) Visa & Permit Assistance: We advise you on the type of visa /permit you need, required documents, and help you in the permit application process etc..)

Pre-Relocation
Visit Tour
Our pre-relocation visit tour is designed for you and your family to have a feel of life in Kigali and decide whether Kigali will be a good fit for you prior to making the decision to relocate. This is what your relocation buddy will help you do: Your buddy will prepare a pre-relocation itinerary which you will confirm. We will make any changes you request to meet your requirements. ​Your buddy will meet you at the airport with a well-organized welcome package, depending on your requirements and the agreed schedule for your first visit. A car and a driver will be at your disposal through the whole tour. We will take you and your family to your temporary accommodation in a hotel or serviced apartment, depending on your needs and period of stay. ​According to the schedule of your visit, we will continue with our orientation tour. The tour is meant to help you understand the distances, the neighborhoods, medical, sports and leisure facilities, schools, markets and everything you might need to know right from the start. You will also get a taste of the traffic in the city, culture, main areas, parks etc. We will take you back to the airport and make sure your visit was pleasant and our mission is accomplished.
