This is an all-inclusive relocation program that supports you before arrival and during your first days in Rwanda to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition. It includes a pre-arrival cultural orientation, unlimited consultation support, Kinyarwanda language lessons, and essential relocation guidebooks. On arrival, you receive airport pickup, hands-on assistance with key settling-in tasks, one-on-one cultural mentorship to ease integration, and support with housing, car purchase, and visa or permit processes. To make your first week easier, the program also provides a complimentary car and driver for your first five days in the country.
The relocation buddy silver provides essential guidance to help you prepare for and settle into life in Rwanda with confidence. It includes a one-hour pre-arrival cultural awareness and consultation session, one month of WhatsApp and email support, and access to key relocation resources, including the Moving to Rwanda and Rwanda Cultural Awareness guidebooks. Upon arrival, you benefit from airport pickup, six hours of Kinyarwanda language lessons, and six hours of in-country support to assist with house searching, daily setup needs, and essential services. The program also offers visa and permit application assistance, along with culturally informed support to help you find and negotiate a fair rental price for your home, excluding broker’s fees.
