This is a one hour and half virtual session designed to help expatriates in Rwanda understand Rwanda business culture and gain practical knowledge and skills to effectively function in Rwandan professional  environment with less culture shock. The training discusses Rwandan general communication style (indirect, expressiveness), manager and direct report relation (power distance), time management, conflict resolution, people relationship, dealing with change etc...  ​
