Enabling Young Rwandan Professionals to Thrive in Multicultural Work Environments

The Intercultural Skills Development Program, developed by Impact Route Rwanda, equips young professionals with practical skills to navigate multicultural workplaces. Through workshops, expert-led sessions, and a guided study of The Culture Map by Erin Meyer, the program will train 500 participants over five months. It will strengthen Rwanda’s talent pool, reduce youth unemployment, and support Rwanda’s Vision 2050 goals of becoming a hub for innovation, investment, and global engagement.
