In today's global economy, the ability to understand, relate well and effectively communicate with customers, partners, coworkers, employees or supervisors from different cultures is one of the key competencies that people and organizations need to succeed in the growing intercultural business environments.

 

This training is designed to equip participants with intercultural skills, knowledge and tools needed to meet the challenges today’s multicultural workplaces present. It opens participants' minds to see, appreciate and adapt to different cultures to effectively function in diverse multicultural settings.
